Creating safe spaces for healing, resilience and transformation -
one step at a time
As a therapist and clinical supervisor with nearly two decades of experience, I offer trauma-informed care that supports clients in navigating and healing from complex emotional challenges. My work primarily focuses on individuals who have experienced abuse, neglect, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and trauma-related disorders. If you’ve been affected by these experiences, please know that you don’t have to face them alone. It’s common to feel overwhelmed by feelings of worthlessness, anxiety, depression, or difficulty forming healthy relationships—but reaching out for support is the first step toward healing.
If any of this resonates with you, I’m here to offer a safe and compassionate space where we can work together to help you find relief and rebuild your sense of self.
In addition to my therapeutic work, I am a clinical supervisor, guiding and supporting other therapists and counsellors in their professional development. I offer supervision grounded in the same trauma-informed principles that shape my clinical practice. This allows me to help supervisees develop their skills, navigate complex client cases, and ensure they are providing effective, ethical care.
My goal as a supervisor is to create a reflective, collaborative environment where supervisees feel supported as they refine their therapeutic abilities, enhance their self-awareness, and grow as practitioners.
My approach is grounded in compassion, empathy and a deep understanding of trauma, all tailored to support you in your healing journey. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences, confront painful emotions and begin to rebuild your sense of self worth. It is important to me that you feel heard and understood, and together, we will work at a pace that feels right for you.
As we work together, you'll learn to reframe negative thought patterns, build emotional resilience and foster a sense of empowerment. My goal is to support you in moving toward healing and recovery, at your own pace. You don't have to do this alone - I will be here to guide and encourage you as you take steps toward lasting change.
By working together to identify your strengths, you'll be able to envision a future beyond your trauma. This process can help you make meaningful strides toward living the fulfilling life you deserve. If you're ready to take that next step, I am here to support you on that journey.
